History

The Association for the Study of Peak Oil & Gas - USA (ASPO-USA) was founded as a non-profit, tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) educational organization in 2005. The organization has hosted a series of highly acclaimed Peak Oil conferences each year since its inception: Denver (2005), Boston (2006), Houston (2007), Sacramento (2008), Denver (2009), Washington, D.C., Oct. 7-9, 2010 and scheduled for Nov. 2-5, 2011 again in D.C.
