Bio: A lifelong communicator and committed advocate of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies, Bowden became conversant with energy topics in 1997, joining the Colorado Renewable Energy Society (CRES), the state's leading clean energy advocacy organization, in 1999. He served on CRES' Board of Directors for 5 years, going on to lead the group as its President in 2004. That year, as a key member of the statewide committee that won Amendment 37, America's first direct vote on renewable energy, Dave worked on fundraising and voter education for the campaign.
