Some speakers have asked us to wait for editing and updates to presentations and a few presentations have been held back at speakers request. • Pre-Order Conference DVD
  Order the entire set of 10 DVDs of the Conference that are over 15 hours in length. $85.00, including shipping and handling.
  The original Power Point Presentations are integrated into the DVDs for visibility.
  We will start shipping about December 15, 2007
